I have had the EXACT SAME recording left from at least 25 different numbers in the last 18 months. Of course, I have NEVER answered, or made any contact with them. I'm certain there were many, MANY more that just disconnected at the answering machine instead of continuing with the Robo Diatribe.
I have found through others, that when pressing 1, and questioning the caller, they identify the Insurance broker as "American National", or "National American" from this (317) number and at least 2 others. There is a legitimate American National Insurance Company in Texas, although it's also likely it is a good name for foreign criminals to use.
I began saving these to compare and verify that they were identical. They are. Below is the transcription. We should try and compile a list of the different numbers that are using this particular script/ recording. Etc.
