Who called from 3178656696

Called at various times over the last few days. Displays UNKNOWN on my phone, yet the number displays on my Bluetooth GPS. A voicemail was left once, but only with a lot of background noise. You can't call it back.

Any ideas?

I received the same call last night about 10 times in a row....

Said they are leading edge. I answered it. Probably a collector!

i recive i call but i did not answer and i try to call back and just ring and ring  but no one answer.

Received call today, stating this call might be monitored.  Stated something to the effect:
Your credit card was deactivated b/c of a problem, to reactivate immediately "please enter your 16 digit CC#. Next press 1 if correct, press 2 if incorrect. After entering all zeros, I selected 1 for correct. It kept asking for re-entry, but never an option for an operator. So just hung-up.  Thought I wouls look underrever # to see where call generated from.
