Then only to numbers you verified as real. Caller ID spoofing (faking) is so easy. A few dollars in hardware & software and you can be anyone you wish.
You may have experienced this number at one time not being legit, but for me, I have done several studies with Covance and they ARE NOT asking for any personal information! THEY ARE CONFIRMING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE IN A RESEARCH STUDY THAT "YOU" HAVE INQUIRED ABOUT! THEY ARE NOT COLD CALLING LOOKING FOR PEOPLE!
