Called today 2/12/16 10:19 a.m. asked to speak to the person who handles the NIPSCO account, I stated that it was my understanding that NIPSCO does not call its customers to discuss accounts, the woman replied that she was a third party provider and needed to discuss some changes that would be occurring to the account. Again I stated that the person who handles the account was not in -they said they would call back and mentioned owner by name (elderly man who handles account) to that I replied I would be contacting NIPSCO directly.
