They have offices geographically separated and will use the office in the areas you have lived in the past, so you never know which office will call at any given time. As these people call, I look up their numbers and memorized the last four of the phone number.

This company has been calling my house up to 10 times a week for months! I'm not usually home but see their name on the caller ID. When I do answer the phone, usually I get a message stating to hold for the next representative and after repeating that message a few times, I usually get hung up on. A few times I've actually spoken with a person. They are asking for a person that doesn't live here and I don't recognize their name. I keep telling them that they have the wrong number, that they need to check that person's credit report to get their updated information, to please take me off their list! They say that they will but they just keep calling! I'm sure collection people hear the "you have the wrong number" bit all the time and they just don't believe me. But really, YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER! STOP CALLING! How do I make it stop?!
