2 collect calls from an 800 number asking me to set up an account to accept a call from an inmate from a correctional facility. Then I received another call and message from Daniel, with an automated voice that said free 2 minute call from Marion County Jail. That call came from 317-974-0683.
I started getting calls from this and a toll free number: 800-483-8314.
the call from 317-974-0683 came in in Spanish indicating that an inmate at Marion County Jail 2 was attempting to make a free call. after 2 attempts that I ignored from this number then the toll free call came in. It was asking me to call the toll free number or go to some website to make a deposit to take the call.
This is from the Marion County Correctional Facility, according to the voicemail it left. It was wanting me to set up an account to pay for and receive a call. I don't know anyone there, so I'm assuming this is fraud.
