Who called from 3179789002

yes 8:11 am,second call from earlier last nite never speaking.

woke me up FOP starts with repeating 3 times "hello" after I say it then finally proceeds to get on with it,about reminding me to drive safe and buckle up ,

Two calls from this number last night & this morning. Didn't answer it as it was a number not known to me.

This number has called  me every day for one year.  Very annoying and fortunately the call gets blocked but getting up to see who calls is very annoying.  My caller ID says the call if from ( II )what ever that is.  Is there no way to eliminate this number?

Getting so tired of this caller.  They call me at least once a day all times of the day.

It is 8:56 pm Jan 26th,  I keep receiving phone calls from this number.317-978-9002  Please help stop this!.
