This number called me ,when I called it back a recording said it was disconected

number called me then when I called back said it's been changed etc

I missed the call from (318)204-7283. I called it back and was told it was disconnected, changed or no longer in service. Then I listened to the voicemail from this caller and it was a guy saying "Have a blessed day." That's it. So I then texted "hello" to this number. The text sent but I never got response.

Got a call from them. I answered and it was a recording about the information i asked for about Obama Care which I didn't ask for.
