Upon receipt of my monthly bank statement I found that there was an UNAUTHORIZED withdrawal of 77.82 on 4-26-13. The reference was WWW 318-213-7282 Monroe, Louisiana. I did a reverse search which indicated Shreveport Louisiana. I then called the number and received a recording stating that the number was no longer in service!!! THIS IS A SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I NEVER accept telemarketing calls at my house or on my cell phone and I DO NOT shop on line. How this "company" for lack of a better term was able to get money out of my account is a complete mystery to me at this point. As far as attemptimg to recover my money..... at this point appears impossible. WATCH OUT for this number or anything from this area code on YOUR bank statement so that YOU dont get SCREWED TOO!!!
I just noticed a charge on my bank statement from Century tel. located LA, Monroe. Did not recieve a call from anyone at all. The money was just taken. please let me know if anyone has any info
