How do you block these pesty calls through your carrier? I have tried and I am on the "Do NOT Call Resitry" , that does not help in stopping them. Seems my cell phone company can do nothing about stopping them.
Same scammer, new message. Last one was for a mortgage modification - this time the pitch was "...if you have more than $10,000 in unsecured credit card debt...". Like I'm sure they could help - like help themselves to any remaining money a victim might have left on their card.
Really? Who would do ANY business with someone calling from a disconnected number? With NO real business name, no location, no nothing - just a scam pitch and a hard sell to get your financial info?
