I have been getting calls from them for several years. I started blocking the numbers, but there are too many. I get an average of 2 calls PER DAY from them and they have numbers in every State. HARRASSMENT !!!! I have asked to be removed, but it does no good. Now days, I dont answer my phone anymore, and they never leave messages. I use my phone for BUSINESS so I can't change my number. IF YOU ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, DONT GIVE THEM YOUR NUMBER.
Reporting them is fruitless for two reasons.
1. They are calling from a country that does not concern itself with U.S. Laws of this nature.
2. India like most of the sub - continent countries are well known for accepting bribes from the lowest government employee all the way up the chain. So when asked by U.S. Officials to help they just shrug it off and go on.
It would be much more effective for Credit Card Companies to refuse the transactions but of course that would cost them millions in transaction fees so absent a prohibiting law " it ain't gonna happen."
Just called our fax line, was curious as to who it was so checked it out here. I think they've been calling our fax line often for a few years now. Strange how we get some unwanted calls on our fax line and some on our voice line, but they never seem to cross over, even though both our fax and voice numbers are on the internet.
