Who called from 3182673000

We got a collect call from this number on Nov. 4, 2007 and we would like to know were they are calling from and who they are. We think they  said there name was Kevin

This number has been calling my mother's home phone collect. She could barley understand them but thinks they may have said her last name.

I got a call from this number as well!  Late at night, like 9:30pm.

I GET CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER ALL THE TIME, BECAUSE IT'S AN INMATE CALLING FROM A PRISON FACILITY!  SO SOMEONE FROM YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS IS AN INMATE CALLING YOU COLLECT FROM THIS NUMBER

Had a phone call asking if I wanted to accept a phone call from an inmate at a correctional facility and I did not know any one in the facility that I am aware of.
