Every morning about 9 a.m. Monday - Friday we get a phone call from this number.  Without saying a word they hang up.

Several times a week we get calls from 318-300-3173. Call times are anywhere from 8:30 am to 9:30 PM. there has never been anyone answer when we say hello. I have called this number back and someone says hello,  goodby and hangs up.
