Recorded message stating IRS is filing a lawsuit

Recorded message that IRS was filing a lawsuit. Called 4 times today 5-10-16. Caller ID says it has name unknown. I believe it is a scam. The IRS never phones.

Idiots called my cell phone 3 times today. Once left a partial voicemail. Looked up the # online and found this site. I knew it was a scam. I don't answer calls from unknown #s especially calls from out of state.
