This number texts me and the mother of my child claiming to be a frown of hers and the baby isn't mine and it goes on and on and it's mean. I have an idea of who it is and I need to know who it is I possible bu at least shut it down. Please help me

I would either save the messages to show the police, and send the person a message warning them to stop or the police would be notified and their texts will be used against them. If you do not have call-blocking on your phone, this is what I would do, but this will make the person angry so if you think they will come after you, talk to the police about it first.
or block the number. If you have a smartphone, go to your app store and look for an SMS blocker. There should be several free ones available. I use the Mr. Number app for Android-it blocks calls, texts and callers with spam complaints against them.
