I too have been getting 4-6 a day with no message. And Like Sally above these calls began right after I filled out an on line form for a rent to own house. The Company was Freedom Rent to Own.
They called me 10 times today.....I live in Canada...WT Frig....they will not leave a message nor stop calling me...what ever you do...do not go to nor stumble upon a rent to own site like I did, I stumbled upon them while searching Kijiji site for something....How in the Lords name did they get my phone number....watch very closely what you look at on Kijijij....this bothers me very much...they were aggressive and said they will bloody well call me 50 times a day if they want....I told my phone provider and they have blocked them as well as I have blocked them... To hell with you Freedom
They call repetively... Hang up and call right back - I'm up to 15 calls in a row. I do believe it is because I visited a realtor/rent-to-owna-home site and I agree with Lynn, how the heck did they obtain my phone number simply by me accessing their website... Scary stuff.
Called cell phone. No answer, no message. I am sure it is a rent to own scam. I get several calls a day from them. I block one # they call from another.
