Yesterday, another call/recording from Clarence Thomas of the Process and Summons division from 480-499-0412 and today from a female stating I was about to be served from 650-353-9357. All with the same reference number. I called the Sheriff's department and am waiting on a callback.
I got the same call today. It is the same old scam just a new number. A process server on her way. Of course if you want to take care of it before they will be glad to take a huge payment to take care of it. Get a job, loser.
Was it Clarence Thomas from the Process & Summons Department? All I know is that this is crazy. All I know is that it was automated and from Shreveport, LA. The number is part of a phone/internet bundle and the carrier is Verizon.
This was a very nasty call. The person demanded a call today and referenced a case number. The person called my number but demanded to know my home and business address. I was then advised that the HR Dept of where I work would be contacted to arrange for me to be served at work. The last remark - good luck in court - was very professional/not. To advise that I have exhausted my right of appeal and that the company would not speak to. Legally, nobody can call and say I have no legal rights, except to call and rectify the matter today financially. I am just very irritated by these parasites that are too lazy to work and only want to take advantage of people.
My call was a lady but i got a call from Clarence Thomas the next day from a 302 number but same exact call with the same case reference number. I am with you. I am so tired of these scam calls. They need to vatch these low lifes and stop them for good.
