Who called from 3186549234

Call rcvd from this number @ 7PM No response after I said Hello twice  just silence

Me too!  I tried to call back and received a busy signal....

This number called at 8:24 pm  earlier at 7:47 pm  and earlier at  6:47 pm and nothing is said. The last time I did hear them hang up, the earlier calls there was just silence on the phone. It is probably an Internet phone and not really a 318 number but why people make these calls is beyond me.

My wife and I both got calls, no response.
