Who called from 3187519600

I have recieved a message that sounded latin of something a couple of weeks ago. Then at 11:19am 10/25/08 my phone rang but I did not get to it on time and it came from this number.

I didnt answer it. then read these comments and I'm glad I didn't take the call.

Called my phone while I was in the shower...looked it up and found this thread. It sounds like they are grifting SSN's. Sadly I think it's going to catch a few people.

Received a call from this number about 2 hours ago.  I didn't answer.

I got this call last night, 26 hours ago, didn't answer. Oddly enough the call came thru when I was out for dinner with a friend, and the topic of conversation was automated calls in spanish!
