This is a collection agency in W. Monroe, La. They callled me due to a collections from my college. It is legitmate, but irritating since the only time they call is early in the morning or late at night. The lady I spoke with was very rude after I explained to her that I have been unemployed since last August and had no way to pay this at this time.
