These scammers are calling you, and your husband, to try to scare you into thinking that you DO have debts, so they can get your credit card number, and rip you off. Simply ignore these stupid AH's when they call!
Automated machine asked for me by name. Press one if i am that person. I hung up. They left no message. I called them back. She assured me they were a legitimate debt collector. Haha. I just got married and have nothing yet in my new name (name on automated call) yet alone any debt. But, She could not pull uplease an acount in my name, so she asked for my social security number. Seriously? Nope.
Funny, I just switched phone services, and i've been bombarded with solicitation calls since. Coincidence? ?
