Who called from 3190594744

Received a few phone calls for the above number. They call, leave no message. It is so annoying. Obviously you are calling me for a reason, leave a message for your reasoning!!!!!! I call it back and it says its an invalid number and to check it (it's an automated message). Stop calling me!

I've been getting the same thing but only a few calls so far. No message and an automated message basically tells me its an invalid number when I call it back.

Got a few missed calls from this number last week.  Called again today and when I answered it was an automated voice that said "goodbye".  Call cannot be completed as dialed when you call back.

I think this is a "local" number used to determine accuracy of phone number when 800 calls are not answered.

Keeps calling once a week never leaves a message.  Calls during work hours so I can not answer it.
