I received a similar call from someone with a heavy indian accent. They threatened me also. I think it was from an Internet Loan (like payday loan). How long ago was this if u don't mind my asking. I think they are violating Federal Trade Commission rules.
This is a guy that says his name is "Harry Johnson" and he has a very heavy Indian accent. He says that my name has come up as a possible suspect in a crime and that my financial future is at stake. I tried calling the number back and it will rinf 3 times and then disconnects.
