Who called from 3192373187

This number is being used by Regent Asset Management company and they mention the name of Scott Caruthers as being the attorney.  They don't act too happy when you ask for a debt validation letter.

I've been getting daily calls from 301-363-1139, I'm assuming telemarketers, that never leave a message. I never answer but would like to know who's bugging me. Anyone getting that same call?
