Yes. Lara tRump, daughter-in-law of Donald tRump, robo-calls me with some codswollop about some rally for Donald tRump. Why would I want to be in the same room with that @$$ hole? Said something about it being a campaign event? OK. Might as well start the 2020 "season," early. This way, I already know who I'll be voting AGAINST.
Second robo-call, today, from some Ivanka poison, with some idiocy regarding something about her father(?), and some slug she calls "Fence," running after something, or someone, in Newton, Iowa, tomorrow. What does this mean?
The first robo-call came in this morning from a 515 area code number. I don't understand what this is. Why won't they leave me alone?
Robo call from some woman saying something about her father running from something. I got a similar call from a different number a few hours earlier. I am on Do Not Call so I want this woman put in jail. She said her name, it sounded foreign, but didn't catch it.
Violations of the Do Not Call laws and regulations are civil violations, not criminal violations.
If the content of the call is part of a criminally illegal operation, that could result in jail time, but the burden of proof is very high.
If the call originates from outside US jurisdiction, then finding the perps is very difficult.
