Robo call regarding "my credit card interest rate".  Has nothing to do with any card I have.  Calls from local number, so I made the mistake of answering which is their hope.  Now I will be bombarded by telemarketing BS.  On Do Not Call List which seems to be meaning less.  This was not even introduced as a "survey".
