I received multiple calls from this company. They did not leave a message, so I called them back. An automated system answered the phone and after approximately 45 seconds later it asked if I was a certain person. I responded by pressing 2 which was that I wasn't. I then had the opportunity to talk with a customer service rep. She was actually quite pleasant. I told her my name when she answered and I indicated that I had received multiple calls from them today. All she asked is if I was the person that the computer indicated that they were trying to reach. I informed her I wasn't and she apologized and said I would not be called again. She did not ask for any personally identifying information about me.
