Let them know the next time they call they are violating FDCPA and TCPA laws by harassing a non-debtor and you intend to take legal action against them if the calls do not stop.
ahh thanks. This is silly they do this, in 2011. It is so easy with an android (or lesser iphone brand) to blacklist phone numbers so it doesn't even ring. No need in calling ATT or whoever your phone (esp. landline) nowadays, just goto market and get a "cal filter/blocker" app. I had them doing this but now I dont even get a ring because its blocked before it even comes thru. haha easy!
