Threatening to turn me over to district attorneys office.  Wanted my ssn.  How can i get them to stop calling?

Called my cell phone I did not answer

Said hello. Male voice said hello and disconnected

Called my cellphone. I said 'hello'.  Male said "hello" and then hung up.
