I rec'd three phone calls w/in 15 minutes of each other from Vivian Weathers of Pretrial Intervention. When I called the number back, the woman that answered said "Goldstein and Associates." I let her go through her spiel, part of which was that if I didn't pay the amount owed, I could spend 120 days in jail. She said that if I paid $1,000, I could settle it outside of going to court. I said, "You know what, I think I'll take my chances w/ the court system. Please have whatever you need to have served on me at my home. And now that we've talked, now that you've located me, these calls are going to stop, correct?" All she said, was "Have a good day, Ms. ____." I said again, "These calls are to now stop." No response.
