I got a call from a woman at this # yesterday and she said she was calling about my cpap supplies order. I had ordered supplies on Jan 19th. But she said that I had a copay of $50 something and they require the $ up front, then asked if I wanted to proceed. I've been getting these supplies for many years, but my insurance had just changed, so it was possible. But it felt wrong for her to call ME and ask for payment over the phone, when I had no way of knowing who they are. I told her to send me a bill and again she tried to get me to pay. This is pretty scary that they knew I was expecting supplies and might fall for it because of wanting to get the order on its way. Ii nearly fell for it, so others might too. I emailed my supplier last night and just got a call that they do not bill up front unless there is no insurance, and that it was no one from their company or the place they get the supplies through. So be aware people, that it's now going to this extreme, of them knowing when you are waiting on an order and trying to collect a payment even though one is not even due. Reporting this one to the FCC.
