Received a phone call from this number today, is this the place to report it?  Not answering or replying-i don't want to mysteriously be charged a ton of money for calling this number

the girl on the phone said they were from "Repower America."  Some green energy site.  STOP CALLING "DO NOT CALL" numbers.  GEEZ!

Contact your States Attorney General with your info by phone or their Web Site,also contact the Feds at

and get them closed down!

I have had three calls recently, but no one speaks when I answer it.
