Who called from 3192947021

This Person has called us more than 10 times.
this bratty teenager answers and at first i was nice, but sick of having more than three phone calls a day I snapped. is there any way to get her to stop calling.
Shes annoying me.

Have gotten six calls from this number today. The first five I missed while I was at work, and I didn't answer the one I got just now. This is kind of obnoxious.

Just today we've had phone calls at 10:42am, 11:42am, 12:45pm, 2:34pm, 3:31pm, and 4:02 - it's only 4:05... what the hell is this???

I started receiving at least three daily calls from this number about a week ago  but haven't received any more since I reported them to the FTC.
