This company has called 18 times in less than 24 hours. I gave asked to speak to a manager and they hang up. Frequently they hang up upon answering the phone. They will not say what company that is calling

I have received 20 calls from this number in the last 3 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It has something to do with affordable health care but they never define who they are calling with. I have asked numerous times for them to remove me from their list and they continue to call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
