Harassing caller.  Calls 12-24 times a day.  Only rings once then hangs up.  Starts early in the am and goes to midnight.  This has been going on for weeks now.  Tracked number down to a United States Cellular Corp carrier who started the phone in June 2005 in Independence, IA.  Finally traced the number, called and told them to stop calling.  The calls continue.
