This number called my cell phone 15 times in 10 minutes.  Finally answered phone.

Man identified himself as "Max Bay."  He said he had charges to file and would serve papers.  Asked him what it was regarding - said to call this company at 855-659-0695 immediately.  Called number provided and received a "call cannot be completed as dialed" message.  

Filed a complaint with the FTC and will be contacting the US Attorney General.
