These people used to be Omega Mediation. Now they are Miller Stark Klein and Associates. They rotate different numbers. I have been called by almost 10 different ones. They are scammers. They try to tell you that you or someone you know will be charged with some crime if you don't pay. I knew it was a scam because they said my husband had a debt from 2006. Sorry, but my husband was deployed at the time. Keep reporting the numbers and contact your AG. They shut down Omega, maybe if we report them enough we can shut down Miller Stark Klein and Associates as well.
