Since the number gets bounced with a "NOT In Service" message from the telecom when called AND my CPR "Big Red Button" call blocker caught the data stream as "4494" and NOT the phone number (319) 351-3130 - it is indicating a scumbag trying tricky crap to get the unsuspecting to pick up. There is little reason for a "Coralville" business to have an "Iowa City, IA" CID showing. Coralville and Iowa City are near each other, but the businesses of each town promote their individual municipalities.
