Did a little more digging on this number 319 351-3132 and found a website that listed an insurance agency using 319 351-3132 in Iowa City IA - problem is that the number comes up with "Not In Service" when called and the agency is likely just another "here today, gone tomorrow" office and the number on the site has been ripped off by standard issue telephone scammers.
When this number called in there was also a oddity to it when it was captured by the CPR "Big Red Button" blocker on the line - the CPR captured it as "148" and not the supposed calling number 319 351-3132 indicating the call was a spoofed CID construct and totally bogus. This sort of tricky phone number crap is attempted about 1 in 7 to 10 incoming scumbag calls that get captured on my line.
Same lame Scumbags fr0m 2014. Different Spoofed Number "319 351-3131" CID “Iowa City, IA” Spewing Telephonic Diarrhea in hopes of fraud. Didn't work - the Call Blockers sent it straight to the crap zone - Like I'd be curious or STUPID enough to answer the call after getting hundreds of these jerk's calls... what a bunch of mental midgets!!! They all get promptly sent to the TelecoToilet for flushing to the sewer the calling human sewage crawled out of...
Called this number and go the "Out Of Service" Teleco Message.

Any call with CID "Unavailable", “Consmer DBT RLF",“Customer SVCS", "Consumer SVCS", "Wireless Caller" Etc. is 99.9% likely to be a scumbag - DO NOT Pick-UP and engage the turds - it only confirms the number has possible suckers on the end and it gets circulated as part of the universal scammers phone list...
