Who called from 3193570028

No caller ID

Caller ID showed call was from Fairfax, IA - called right back and a recorded voice says "the number you have dialed is not in service".

Just called my cell. No message.

Other sites are reporting this number as the card services scammers, promising that they can reduce the interest rate on your credit cards.  Anybody stupid enough to fall for this baloney shouldn't be allowed to own credit cards!!

I didn't answer and they left no message.  Thanks for giving me the heads up.
