received a call today, didn't answer because I didn't recognize the phone number. Says I have a legal matter however they asked for a name I haven't used in 29 years. They can just serve me papers in person if this is legit. I have been scanned too many times by paying someone by phone, that said I owed them money. If I indeed I owe them money, then they will send me something in the mail.....

a call was placed to me today by this number, stating that I owed a payday loan that was from 2011. The gentleman was very pleasant on the phone, however, he was unable to provide me with any loan details except that it was from GTI holdings. Of course this was all before he politely tried to scare me by telling me that the police should be knocking at my door sometime today, and that they would cancel the warrant if I would be able to settle and make a payment today!
