Much as these crooks may preach otherwise, a defaulted payday loan IS NOT ever considered "check fraud" by the courts. A PDL is always consumer credit. Consumer debt in America is not a criminal matter. Collectors do not need and cannot whistle up anyone with a badge and a gun to get themselves paid. Real law enforcers have trouble enough catching people who threaten lives and public safety, and they don't want another job chasing unproven penny-ante debts.
Debt collectors have no sorcery to garnish wages or attach bank accounts without due process. They need a real judge and a real lawyer and a real process server, not jokers on the phone playing headgames, and you have to lose as a defendant. Paying strangers on the phone to shoo away an imaginary lawsuit is not how real debts are collected by creditors. Rather, that is how extortion for invalid and phantom debt gets done.

Chicago Fire- Title "Liar, liar, pants on fire". The fire dept. must put out "Officer Jackson's" pants while he is wearing them because he lied.
Chicago Med- Title "Lies result in being burned", The doctors must treat the 3rd degree burns that affect the (well you know).
Chicago PD- Title "Don't tell lies, don't catch on fire". The PD must now investigate for possible arson.
Chicago Justice- Title "Tell a lie and you will get burned" The lawyers, based on what the PD has found out, will charge "Officer Jackson" with arson and he will be convicted and receive life in prison with no chance of parole.
Problem is, National Recovery has a fraud alert on their website that these people representing themselves as Core Resolutions are not part of their company so by sending everything to them, you're wasting time and money. These aren't the people you need to go after. The people representing themselves as Core Resolutions aren't really with this company and won't give you a location.
