Who called from 3194327596

Constantly get a call from this number no one there when I answer

why am i getting calls?

The Do Not CALL list obviously doesn't work!!  I'm getting inundated lately with scam calls, report them and nothing is done about it.  I'm tempted to change my number.

Second time these guys called this week  Caller ID says Marketing.  I did not answer and they hung up without leaving a message.

Getting 4-5 calls a day. I don't answer. Let them spend their money paying the phone bill!
