Who called from 3194327614

Many calls from this number, no message left.  This morning I picked up and there was an actual person, asking me if I was satisfied with the SF Chronicle I'd recently subscribed to, then asked for a credit card# to pay for the subscription that I've already paid for.  Very suspicious. I refused and ended call.

I got this voice mail from that number:

Hello, this is a service verification. We will call you back later. Thank you

same on this end -- let voice mail grab it, and there was a message about "service verification" and I have no business with anyone ANYWHERE via my cellular phone.

This number is being reported immediately to the FCC complaint site -- I just hope it is an actual number, and not a spoofed number.
