Get calls at least twice a week,no messages ,Called back,said something about dept. of investigation,researched the number and location,think its a scam,been getting calls from scammers about fraud on a payday loan from 2007,I think they just switch up the numbers!!

They keep calling and saying we have bad checks with them and want 5000.00 today and they are delivering papers at 430 and you must show Id and pay 200.00 to accept your letter. But won't give you any information and ask for your social security number.
They will tell you they are officers with the state of Iowa. They aren't contacted the attorney generals office and they said no such position exists.I believe they said they were enforcement officers, they even contacted my sister and told her the same story that I was being charged with 3 counts of fraud. If they were really with the state they wouldn't be able to give out that kind of information
I told them that if I was being charged to serve me and we would see what the courts had to say about it
That was 3 months ago started calling again today have their number blocked
