Called and left voicemail saying they had great news concerning my vehicle from laurel Chrysler dodge and jeep

Got a voicemail saying they had great news in regards to my Chevy Equinox...

Did not answer it due to Iowa area code.  Since I don't know anyone there, I did not answer.  A message was left regarding Infiniti of Kirkland and to call Tiffany at a 1.888#.  This outfit must be contracted to call on behalf of car dealers.  I don't own an Infiniti anymore.
