When I picked up, it was a recording telling me it's urgent to talk to the "credit card company" and to press 1 to talk to an operator. Pro tip: If they don't say what bank they're from, it's a scam.

Message left on cell phone: “Consider this your final notice press one to be connected with a live operator…”

That was it. Really? My question would be (1) who are you and (2) final notice for what???
