I get harassed often from this number.

I suggest whomever this is, and if you happen to read this comment, CEASE AND DESIST calling a specific number numerous times without identifying yourself.

That ought to get er done!!!  lol

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.
