I have had credit card fraud twice in the last ten years.  Yesterday, I donated $25.00 to United Hospitals in St. Paul, MN.  I no longer give out the 3 digit number on the back of my card, as suggested by my credit card company, and the person on the phone that I gave my basic credit number to had no problem with that.  The above number has called me at least twice and when I answered today, he said he needed that number.  I told him under no circumstances would I give out that number so he wanted to send me a special form to fill out.  I was very concerned and told him to disregard my donation.

The persons name on my caller ID shows up as Ruffalo Cody.  I'm very curious if you could let me know if this is telemarketing number or just a home address number.
