"Trent" called, sounding oh so "friendly"....."Hey, get (dead owner) for me please, I just need to talk to him for a minute".
I asked who was calling, he said Trent, I said it's going to be impossible to get him on the phone, he passed away over 5 years ago, then asked to be removed and hung up.
It's painful enough to relive his illness and death without these monsters.
